Dr. Orsolya Szabó
CEO / LEGALTECH CONSULTANCY SERVICES
With 11+ yrs of BigLaw experience, in 2017 Orsolya founded InvestCEE and shifted focus to legal operations & legaltech projects in Central Eastern Europe (CEE). During her legal career as a transaction lawyer on cross-border M&A and private equity deals, Orsolya had gained a thorough understanding about how elite law firms operate and about corporate legal operations in a transaction context or business as usual. Her vision with InvestCEE has been to establish a legal innovation ecosystem and enable corporate clients and law firms across CEE (and beyond) to optimize legal work processes. Orsolya is a regular speaker at legal innovation events and holds LegalTech training courses at the Budapest Institute of Banking.

Innovation strategy & business development advisor
For 15+ years Marie has been working in the field of innovation, business development and customer relations with professional service firms. She supports corporations and startups in their transformation strategy and its implementation. Bleu de Prusse, her service design boutique, focuses on a sustainable and profitable offering — over ‘innovation marketing’. Marie also serves as a board member within the European Legal Tech Association (ELTA). As 2017 ‘Fastcase 50’ she was recognized among the world’s leading innovators in law, and is one of the Women of Legal tech 2018 for the ‘DACH’ region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

dr. Miklós Zorkóczy
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) ADVISOR
Miklós advises on business cases around artificial intelligence (AI) in legal and medical context. He spent 20+ years in the financial industry as a legal manager, was involved in several M&A transactions and is currently an active member of the Hungarian Venture Capital Association (Legal Committee) and the Hungarian AI Coalition. After completing the LegalTech Innovation Certificate, Miklós studied AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, document analysis and evaluation systems for due diligence, online dispute resolution, contract automation, eDiscovery, and coding smart contracts. In terms of AI supported HealthTech systems he attended the EIT HelloAI RIS course delivered by GE Healthcare, KTH Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm, and LEITAT Technological Center and studied AI in use of medical devices. Miklós helps InvestCEE clients receive personalized and up to date advise on the use of AI technology and its legal compliance.

Gabi has over 15 years of experience solving HR challenges, including in the legal industry. With her degrees in Career Consulting, Coach and HR Business Partner, she has helped various organizations adopt smarter HR processes and implement organizational development strategies. Gabi’s expertise enables a professional work environment where employees are inspired to co-create value through community approach and optimizing their individual abilities. In InvestCEE projects, Gabi helps ensure the sustainability of tech-assisted organizational culture along with long-term business success.
Ferenc Forián-Szabó
UI/UX & GRAPHIC DESIGNER
With a professional portfolio of online and offline graphic design and UI/UX design projects, Ferenc joined the InvestCEE team to explore the benefits of design thinking methodology in legal and business context. While service design (and specifically legal design) is becoming a trend in professional services, applying it in practice requires dedicated attention. In legal innovation context, Ferenc is leading projects that help visualize complex professional content and make tech-assisted legal services more user friendly.
Iringó Bocskay
STUDENT / INTERN
Studying at the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Iringó is planning a career in law that combines traditional legal expertise and new technologies. She is curious to explore how legal work and business processes can be complemented with smart solutions. During her internship with InvestCEE, Iringó will gain experience around using legaltech tools in various legal and business workstreams and explore the benefits that legal design has to offer to clients.
